The All-Important ‘Why’
Jesus Loves Your History began as “a book” which was a living manual of sorts. Complete with steps ranging from personal ones to social ones, I attempted to restructure society from the ground up…starting with me as an individual and working my way up to how I wish we interacted as people.
Being both an idealist and a realist, I struggle with the middle ground and I believe that is why I started this project. After experiencing great suffering and great love while dealing with all sorts of people from all sorts of walks-of-life from more than one country and culture; I knew we could make this world so much better and run things so much smoother than is currently being done.
Jesus Loves Your History is an attempt on my part to show this manual in practice using fictional characters and circumstances. I may not have it all figured out perfectly, but trial and error eventually leads to success…and that is a risk and a fear I am willing to face if it means my future children can grow up in a world where people from different walks of life strive to work together…smarter not harder…with more compassion for what is different. For it is with our differences that our true humanity shines through. So, this is me giving it a go and throwing my two-cents in the wishing well. Join me as we journey through this uncomfortable change together.
It is with great discomfort, where the greatest of growth may occur. Let’s get uncomfortable together…and maybe, just maybe, we can change our world for the better.
